To assist in the day-to day administration required for student arts group and support the Centre of the Arts (CFA) activities;
Assist in the planning and execution of key arts and student life events on campus such as Supernova, ExxonMobil Campus Concerts, CFA Studios Block Party and any other OSA events.
Assist with the planning and execution of new space requirements and logistics and communicating with student groups on such plans and tracking their progress.
Building relationships with the wider NUS arts community and establishing new and effective communication channels and relevant corporate identity materials.
Data management for student arts activities.
Qualifications
Diploma in Arts Management / Arts related disciplines or any Bachelor\'s Degree from NUS
Good track record of taking leadership positions and active participation in arts activities in schools and/or the wider community
Strong interest in student development and the performing arts
Excellent administrative skills to be able to meet deadlines and deliver work of a high quality
Positive attitude, self-motivated and a good team player
Adaptability on the job - open to new ideas and flexible to work through challenging issues.
