Support the administrative functions
Support for research projects, workshops and other initiatives
Handle public feedback, drive and coordinate engagement activities, workshops and meetings
Engage residents to raise awareness and address feedback (through face-to-face / door-to-door house visits, phone calls and emails)
Assist in outreach activities in the community (e.g. convey key messages at events, handle interactive exhibits, distribute / display educational materials, etc.)
Coordinate communication and engagement activities with community partners (People\xe2\x80\x99s Association, Town Council, business establishments, schools, etc.)
Support procurement, invoicing and billing processes
Coordinate meetings, events and workshops, and draft reports for recording and tracking purposes
Job Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in community engagement or social service or customer service work
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Mature, independent and resourceful
Able to work outside regular working hours (on weekends or after office hours) to perform community engagement work
