• Support the asset and inventory creation and collection for the Business School
• Handle the system record updates in SAP and internal recording of asset details
• Maintain and update the asset inventory database including physical checks, verification and updating of assets
• Manage and record the equipment loans
• Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communications skills when liaising with internal stakeholders
• Able to work effectively as a team member, and to multitask where necessary
• Responsible and responsive when it comes to meeting deadlines and supporting requests
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with common office applications, such MS Word, Excel
• Experience dealing with asset management systems (e.g. SAP) would be preferred
