Job Description


What you will be working on:

  • Take stock of Registry inventories and support the end-to-end preparation and secure packing of Registry files into boxes. Assist in the labelling of these boxes and in relocating these boxes into another office space. Retrieve physical records from the registry, conduct digitisation, and perform sample quality checks on the digitised output. Additional ad-hoc administrative duties.
What we are looking for:
  • Candidate should ideally possess at least a GCE A-Level (or equivalent) or Diploma qualification. Willing and able to perform logistical duties. Prior digitisation work experience is preferred, but not necessary.
