Offered Salary\xc2\xb7 S$12.00 to S$15.00 per hour (Depending on qualifications and experience)Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Accountancy / Accountancy & Finance / Banking & Finance
  • MS Office
  • Data analytics, RPA preferred
a. Assist in the phase 2 UAT of eQMS and documentation on the UAT outcome for records management as well as to facilitate the implementation of eQMS by end of FY2024b. Assist in the verification of migration of eQMS data to NEXUS from Jan/Feb 2025c. Follow up and troubleshoot on the workflow roll-out after the migration of eQMSd. Preparation for ISO Certification\xc2\xb7 Coordinate clinic/engagement sessions with Functions\xe2\x80\x99 reps on the update of process maps/operating procedure;\xc2\xb7 Liaise with Functions on the update of process maps/operating procedure;\xc2\xb7 Verify and check the completeness of the Functions\xe2\x80\x99 process maps/operating procedure uploaded in eQMS;\xc2\xb7 Assist in the documentation of Quality Management Framework;\xc2\xb7 Follow up with QM reps on the completion of the eLearning and coordination of ISO9001 and Internal Auditor training;\xc2\xb7 Internal documentation of ISO9001 gap analysisEA License No.: 96C4864Reg No.: R1106928
