Temporary Postal Worker (indoor)
Job Description
To perform mail stamping and segregation by mail types.To perform mail segregation & preparation by reading address / postal codes.To perform sorting of mail via address postal codes.To sweep mail from sorting machines to mail trays.To perform mail trays and bags loaded and unloaded.To perform counting, bagging, recording and compile mail statistics.To perform video coding and data-entry job. (Video Coder - ** Are require to pass a simulated test before confirmation)Observe all security and safety job requirements.Carry out housekeeping to ensure tidiness / safety at operations floor at all times.To perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Supervisor.Additional InformationThis is a 1 year contract part time position.Working Hours Per Week: up to 29 hoursWorking Hours Per Day: average 5 hours per day3 rotating shiftsWork Days: Work 5 - 6 days a week (including Saturdays, Sundays and / or Public Holidays) depending on the shift you are in.Work Location: Paya Lebar (walking distance from train station)
