Assist with the collation and organisation of project costs and cost types/categories of completed grant projects for cost-benchmarking.
Assist with the production of grant videos and grants-related marketing materials.
Provide support to the Assistant Director and the Grants Team in the Grants Review process.
Assist with the archival and migration of grants documents to the e-registry.
Assist with the maintenance and improvement of databases/records.
Provide back-end support to Grants Team for grant programs (i.e. Grants Clinics).
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
At least 1 year of working experience with a background in Business or Arts Management/Administration, Arts, Design, History, or a combination of related training is preferred.
Meticulous, organised and has a positive attitude in learning.
Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects/tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment and deliver results to meet timelines.
Possess good communication, writing, project and time management skills.
Able to work well in a team as well as independently.
Competent in MS Office and comfortable working with databases and electronic administration systems
Experience with design software and video editing experience is a plus.
Keen interest in arts, heritage, and culture.
Willing and able to work flexible hours (when necessary), including occasional weekends and public holidays
