Job Description

What the role is:This will be a temporary position for 6 months under the School of Humanities & Social Sciences.What you will be working on:- Support day-to-day administrative tasks and logistics at the workplace, e.g. maintenance of facilities/equipment/office supplies, issuance/loan of items. - Support physical/virtual/hybrid events and activities e.g. Open House, Admission exercises, School talk/seminar/workshop, student development activities. - Support the development of automation of repetitive work processes. - Manage non-sensitive data of in-house systems e.g. student MC/LOA processing. - Handle queries from parents/public via hotline and email. - Other ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned.What we are looking for:- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Knowledge in Microsoft Power Apps (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) and Generative AI tools is an advantage - Effective in written and verbal communication, and a good team player - Able to commit for at least 6 months, with a possibility of contract extension beyond 6 months subject to job requirementsAbout Temasek Polytechnic:Established in 1990, Temasek Polytechnic (TP) is a leading institution of high learning nestled by the idyllic shores of Bedok Reservoir in Tampines.
