The Senior Executive, Curriculum will work with the Curriculum team and other stakeholders to assist in the day-to day operations of the School and ensure seamless coordination of the curriculum delivery.
Responsibilities:
To provide administrative support for the Years 3 Curriculum delivery including:
Upload Year 3, learning resources on various online platforms
Coordinate teaching session with the content experts, book venues, set up video conferencing accounts, and send reminder emails upon confirmation to both students and content experts
Assist with the set-up of on campus-based teaching sessions including task trainers / manikins / simulators, and video conferencing arrangements
Assist with session logistics and ensure smooth delivery of the sessions as required
Maintain a log of clinical postings and learning activities for billing purposes
Requirements:
A Degree in any discipline
Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience in the education and/or healthcare sector
Experience in scheduling/timetabling/events organising will be an advantage
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communications (written and verbal) skills
Positive working attitude and enjoys working with students
A good team player who takes initiative and is resourceful
Able to work independently under time pressure and changing deadlines/priorities in a dynamic environment
Able to multi-task and work on different portfolios and projects simultaneously
This is a temporary 6 months contract.
