Description
- Conducting preliminary phone screening as well as end to end Recruitment support to determine the right people for the right fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing resumes, screening and shortlisting candidates and participating in the selection process.
- Source candidates through portals, headhunting, social media, and the internal referral program.
- Develop a network of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to quick turnaround time.
- Tap into diverse recruiting resources that support recruiting activities by building relationships with internal groups.
- Develop, support, and maintain employment advertising, college recruiting and internship programs as required
- Manage and develop offers in line with approved guidelines and negotiate offers with candidates
- Demonstrate business acumen with HR knowledge to advise business leaders on best practices on recruitment and external recruitment market conditions, improve employee retention, etc.
- Diploma / Degree with a qualification in HR Management or any equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
- Enjoy challenges and able to work in a fast-paced environment with constant changes
