To assist the immediate superior in providing administrative support to the site and to deal with the clients requests/inquiry. To organize and plan the day-to-day operations of the various sites and to ensure that the clients are always provided with a high standard of service. Undertakes any other duties assigned by management.
Being responsible
\xc2\xb7 To organize and plan the resources under his charge.
\xc2\xb7 To perform property management services assigned to him.
\xc2\xb7 To prepare and submit monthly operation report and financial report.
\xc2\xb7 To ensure that all contracts, agreements and insurances have been reviewed 3 months before their expiry if any.
\xc2\xb7 To prepare all outgoing correspondence and minutes of meetings.
\xc2\xb7 To plan and recommend periodic maintenance works.
\xc2\xb7 To recommend appropriate actions to be taken for Ad-hoc repair works.
\xc2\xb7 To ensure regular processing of payment to vendors, invoicing and manage financial statements.
\xc2\xb7 To perform sustainability management, tenancy management and reinstatement.
\xc2\xb7 To advise clients relating to property management and arrear management.
\xc2\xb7 To work closely with finance on billings, collection and answer owners\xe2\x80\x99 queries on statements of accounts or invoices, etc.
\xc2\xb7 To ensure the implementation and maintenance of the OMS system in accordance to establish organizational standard.
\xc2\xb7 Planning of annual budget and capex works.
\xc2\xb7 Successful completion of scheduled activities. Deal with complaints diligently and tactfully. Ensure that a high level of professionalism and customer service is maintained at all times.
