The key responsibilities include:

• To arrange for the execution of the tenancy/licence agreements as agent for the HDB and collect all guarantees (i.e. bankers, performance, etc.) and necessary documents as required from the tenants/licensees.
• Process and monitor renewal of tenancies/licences.
• Process applications for Temporary Occupation Licence (TOL) for use as promotional activities, advertisement and telecommunication equipment based on prevailing client\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines.
• Ensure all proper documentation are submitted and meeting deadlines
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of all tenants and keep them organized within shared folder. Investigate and respond to complaints made by or about tenants and take corrective action as required
• Meeting client & tenants to fulfill objectives and be a brand ambassador of JLL delivering quality service
• Any other administrative duties as assigned

• Diploma/Degree in Real Estate Management/Property Management/ Building Services
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in similar role would be preferred
