What the Role Entails
Tencent Cloud is expanding its global technical enablement efforts and is looking for a Technical Training Leader based in Singapore. In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of technical training and certification programs across international markets. You'll collaborate closely with regional trainers, product teams, and ecosystem partners to deliver high-impact learning experiences, enabling our customers and partners to fully leverage Tencent Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about cloud education, experienced in managing cross-border enablement programs, and skilled in both technical content and operational execution.
Responsibilities
Lead regional technical training delivery and ensure consistency, quality, and engagement across international sessions.
Coordinate with content development teams to localize training materials and align them with regional customer needs.
Guide and support local trainers, ensuring effective delivery of Tencent Cloud courses and certifications.
Collaborate with sales, ecosystem, and product teams to integrate training into broader go-to-market strategies.
Track and analyze training effectiveness and learner feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Represent Tencent Cloud's training capability in regional initiatives, external workshops, and industry collaborations.
Support partnership engagements with training vendors, universities, and certification bodies.
Who We Look For

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in technical training, cloud enablement, or solutions consulting.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (Tencent Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related certification programs.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin to work with global clients and stakeholders in China headquarters.
• Strong interpersonal and project coordination skills with the ability to lead cross-functional efforts across regions.
• Experience working in multicultural environments and delivering training to diverse audiences.
