Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of the Tenders to ensure it is aligned with the Company\'s requirements
• Preparation of Tender Clarifications
• Contribution in cost and price calculations
• Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and make adjustment to suit the frameworks given by the Developers.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
• Ensuring pre-qualification and tenders are undertaken to meet Clients\' requirements and sufficient resources are available to complete tenders
• Review of complete enquiry and ensuring technical and contractual requirements are reviewed
• Arranging technical and commercial meetings as necessary
• Preparation of pricing, including costing of resources, verification of resource requirements and timings for lump sum elements
• Coordinating the preparation of proposal, ensuring such meets with client requirements or is suitably qualified
• Post submission clarification of Tender and revisions to tender following changes to client\'s requirements
• Ensuring that proposals are technically competent, innovative where appropriate, fully addressing the client\'s stated requirements or agreeing preferable solutions/alternatives in advance of submission
• Cost Economics knowledge is essential.
• Provide leadership, advice and support to staff within the Team

Job Requirements:

• Experience with preparation of Tender Clarifications with LTA project.
