Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the safety team and develop and executing Health and Safety policies to follow the legal guidelines.
• Conduct safety training and ensure all the employees in the company are strictly follow the safety rules.
• In charge of any spot check from Authority and responsible for safety yearly audit
• Evaluate and review current safety practices, policies, and procedures
• Attend regular safety meetings with stakeholders.
• Inspect facility and ensure the condition is safe to operate.
• Identify the potential risk and provide the solutions and preventive measurement.
• Provide the health and safety awareness, issues and statistics

Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of experiences as a safety professional
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as safety manager for LTA project
• Familiar with Singapore\'s legal health and safety guidelines and government regulations
