Lead and guide the quantity surveying team in contracts administration to ensure quality and timeliness in delivery of their assigned tasks and responsibilities
Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustment, contract disputes and contract claims with client/consultants and subcontractors
Prepare Extension of Time and prolongation costs claimsPrepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly
Assist to oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variations claim
Work closely with the project team and oversee the quantity surveying team in the analysis, evaluation and negotiations of quotations, to ensure timely award of subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure timely finalization of main and subcontract
Requirement
Dip or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
