We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tender Manager/Business Development Manager to join our thriving team at MCI Group, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our growth strategy through effective tender management and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead tender team pricing strategies to meet company\'s goal.
• Ensure tender submission within tight dateline.
• Prepare and formulate business proposals and solutions.
• Manage cost competitiveness during tender for higher profit margins.
• Plan and execute with tender team to achieve KPI
• Explore new potential customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Possesses at least 3 years of project tendering experience in large scale projects in Government/Commercial project.
• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills.
• Good leadership skill, Problem solving, Good conversational & writing skills, strong business acumen, self-driven, negotiation skill.
• Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team.
