Job Description


The role of the Tender, Pricing and Business Enterprise Manager is to meet the needs of the changing business demands, manage the evolution of our enterprise portfolios, alignment with the promotional and marketing guideline. Most importantly, this role will be responsible for the development and effective execution of the overall tender, pricing, and enterprise strategies to deliver the business objectives. The role will involve people management.

Key Responsibilities

Tender

  • Define & drive the tender strategy / business to optimize revenue and profitability
  • Work with key stakeholders to build innovative tender proposals to secure new opportunities
  • Has strong and collaborative working relationship with government institutions i.e Ministry of Health (MOH) Group Procurement Office (GPO/ALPS) and
hospitals stakeholders for tender requirements, strategic planning and preparation to optimize tender opportunities.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to and all ethical standards and business code of conduct are following local laws and internal SOPs.
Pricing
  • Develops pricing framework, leads, and directs pricing strategy formulation based on internal & external pricing environment and competitive considerations.
  • Responsible for annual contract price strategy and process
  • Manage a team of third-party telemarketers for GSK established products & alternative selling models, setting KPIs and business directions.
BRM
  • Lead the enterprise business team to manage strategic businesses and execute against identified both short and long-term enterprise opportunities in key
accounts to deliver profitable and sustainable sales growth.
  • Focus, motivate, and develop Business Relationship Manager, building a culture of high performance where everyone is accountable for impact, ambitious for
patient and does the right thing.
  • Support & build strategic partnerships growth leveraging key accounts partnership
Enterprise
  • Manage & deliver the sales targets for the Enterprise Business

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Degree in Science/Business/Marketing.

Min 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry.

Experience in developing and executing tender, pricing and enterprise strategies.

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

Excellent communication skills, strong collaborator, and ability to utilize ideas to reach constructive solutions.
