Title : Pricing Executive
Industry : Shipping / Forwarder
Location : West
Working Hours : 9am 6pm (Mon-Fri)
Salary Range : Up to S$3,700 Per month
Responsibilities:
- Responsible process tender/RFQ include understand the requirements, prepare RFQ details, internal co-ordination, and adjustment ensure all details completed according to customers requirement and managements direction within timeline.
- Work closely with Key Account Management Team (KAM) and Management on RFQ briefing, Q&A sessions and rates strategy.
- Conduct Cost & Selling analysis.
- Communicate and co-ordinate directly with internal stakeholders to prepare the tender/RFQ scope and specifications.
- Tariff maintenance and updates.
- Implementation of awarded tender/RFQ.
- Continuous improvement of processes.
- Handle internal dispute.
- Support other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- ITE or Diploma in any discipline.
- Previous experience in pricing/NVOCC/shipping/logistics/freight forwarding industry
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- A team player, but able to work independently set own agenda under own initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Great attitude, well organised, detail oriented, good sense of numbers, and committed to excellence
