Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance to company\xe2\x80\x99s operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
- Monitor & co-ordinate the works with supervisors
- Handling of technical and engineering problems
- Assist in planning, programming and monitoring of construction works progress
- Liaison with client\'s representative, relevant authorities and consultants
- dentify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimise environmental impact associated with the construction activities
- Plan, supervise and control project operations including cost re-estimates, manpower planning, and work schedule.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Civil/Architectural Engineering
- Experience in construction industry is an advantage
- Experience in Interior fitting is an advantage
