Plant ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic individual to take on a pivotal role as a Plant Manager, overseeing operations, personnel, and projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations, prioritize safety, and uphold financial and service standards.Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field
3 to 8 years of relevant experience in the Chemical, Oil & Gas industry and more than 12 years of working experience
Proficiency in operational and safety protocols, with expertise in Oil, Chemicals, and Gases
Strong business acumen with an understanding of customer needs and industry trends
Extensive managerial experience with a focus on leadership and team management
Strategic thinking and project management abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressureResponsibilities:Lead a diverse plant management team covering Operations, Maintenance, and Projects
Ensure all plant activities, including technical projects, adhere to budget, timelines, and regulatory requirements
Foster a proactive safety and service-oriented culture
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep
Manage plant budgets and optimize efficiency to enhance productivity
Develop a Master Plan for future business needs and oversee its execution
Drive compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
Champion continuous process improvements and innovation initiatives
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including government bodies and contractors
