Responsibilities

• Perform as a subject matter expert in Automation testing areas in BFSI, Telco and Gov domains.

• Master industry standard testing architecture methodologies, processes and tools across all testing engagements

• Develop test strategy, plans, and estimate project effort and pricing as a part of pre-sales for all testing engagements

• Improve quality of best practices across functional, test automation, quality governance.

• Provide technical leadership and support complex program level testing project delivery

• Advise the customer on innovative testing products and solutions

• A strong network and the ability to initiate and maximise new business opportunities
  

• Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing several test solutions

• End to end QA technical solutioning in Banking / Financial Services domains

• Hands-on test automation experience in both waterfall and Agile Development environment

• At least 6 - 8 years relevant automation testing experience using TOSCA in project delivery and management with good track records.

• Min 5+ years working as Test Automation Architect (or similar), including proven experience of designing and implementing Automation Testing frameworks and methodology to support agile product development.

• Have hands on experience on TOSCA will be preferred.

• Define the automation roadmap based on business priorities.

• Design/Architect test automation framework and define automation test strategy across the application landscape covering the end to end products flows and regression.

• Experienced in MF ALM, Jira, MF UFT/Selenium/MF LoadRunner/JMeter/Appium will be preferred

• Must be good in logic and problem-solving skills.
