Job Description

• Module testing, collaborating with R&D engineers to test functional modules during the development process.
• System testing, conducting system testing on samples and writing test reports.
• Responsible for evaluating the functionality, electrical performance, communication, environmental, and mechanical reliability of BMS systems.
• Develop operation manuals and experiment reports for BMS system testing.
• Coordinate BMS system test plan, establish test environments, independently design BMS test cases, promptly generate reports, and report defect lists.
• Engage in discussions, interpretation, and alignment with BMS system-related standards, as well as internal test standard development.
• Responsible for building the testing capabilities related to BMS in the laboratory.
• Develop production testing requirements and testing standards, and assist in resolving testing issues.

Qualifications:

• Degree in electronics, communications, automation control, or a related field with 2 years or more of experience in testing energy storage products.
• Familiarity with (Battery Management System) BMS testing processes, with a preference for candidates who have experience in procuring relevant testing equipment.
• Proficiency in CAN, RS485, troubleshooting tools, power supplies, loads, oscilloscopes, and commonly used instrumentation.
• Knowledge of the entire closed-loop testing process and functionality, including the ability to set up testing environments, write test plans and test cases.
• Understanding of the charge-discharge characteristics of ternary lithium and lithium iron phosphate cells, as well as the functionality and control strategies of energy storage battery management systems.
• Familiarity with standards such as GB/T34131, IEC61000, IEC62619, UL9540, GB/T36276
