Their global clientele includes those in the telecommunications, finance, transportation, government, public utilities, and other areas of industrial customers for hundreds of millions of user authentication and transaction security escort.

The Responsibilities:

In view of the inevitable revival in the global demands for their products and services, the Singapore office invite suitably qualified and dynamic individuals to join as a Testing Engineer. The Testing Engineer will be part of their Telecom department. The organization itself ranks as the global 4th largest SIM card supplier. With more than 1,000 dedicated employees and 1,200 patents in hand, the organization serves clients in 50 countries in Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Americas, and Middle East regions.

You will be part of the technical support team, reporting to the Testing Manager. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Preparing and testing of SIM card products. This includes product configuration, quality control, technical issues resolution, and software development & testing
• Prepare telecom card scripts for SIM card configurations of each customer projects
• Assist to ensure the SIM card products meet the quality requirements of each customer projects
• Assist to ensure the SIM card performance aligns with the required international standards
• Participate in the development and/or testing of software based on customer requirements. This may involve facilitating the customer\'s work related to SIM cards or enhancing internal work efficiency
• Develop test cases, test plans, test processes, and test environments for product Tool Automation
• Assist with UATs. Should there are technical issues, you are to support by identifying root causes and suggest possible solutions
• Develop, maintain, and upgrade testing materials, including test cards, testing software, testing equipment, and a test script library

The Requirements:

• At least Diploma in either Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Electronic Engineering
• Fluent in both English and Chinese as you will liaise with team members in China as well as in Singapore who are native Mandarin-speakers
• Knowledge of mobile technology or working experience in Smart Cards industry will be an advantage
• Detail-oriented. Able to analyze technical problems and achieve results scientifically. Comfortable in doing repetitive task with high-accuracy
• Independent, display initiative as well as a team player. Good interpersonal and communication skills when engaging stakeholders
