Job Description
Work Location : 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760
Work Day : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the Test Engineering team to conduct all activities related to Server & Rack products Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, to implement and maintain the test program. Provide technical guidance on process improvements and the introduction of new projects for stakeholders. Assist operations in solving and improving production-related technical or process issues. Conduct training for team members to enhance their skills. Actively participate in Kaizen activities Engage in ISO and RBA-related activities Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements:-
Diploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline: Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a server, rack, or manufacturing environment Able to work with various stakeholders Knowledge of SAP & Linux Capable of multitasking and meeting timelines Good understanding of testing methods and concepts Knowledge of programming and debugging skills Proven experience in tracking and analyzing online and offline issues to develop improved testing strategies and implement measures for enhancing product quality.
