Work with IT Project Manager, System Analyst, Business Analyst and testing vendor to define and agree on testing strategy, scope and coverage for Loan Management System.
On board new test resources and ensure appropriate planning is done.
Manage testing vendor team and handle statement of work.
Support testing team throughout test cases design and execution of test cases.
Review test scenario and test cases created.
Co-ordinate across various teams and entities to ensure testing schedule and deadlines are met.
Reviewing deliverables such as Test cases, Test plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Closure reports, daily and weekly status reports.
Track and manage defects throughout the test period until closure and sign off for the SIT, UAT, Regression and performance testing. Monitor progress of test execution to ensure meeting testing timeline.
Ensure all of testing deliverables are met and the OCBC procedures and processes are adhered too.
Conduct Defect management meeting with development vendors/internal teams and UAT users.
Solution upcoming projects to provide the testing cost for those initiatives.
Planning, monitoring, and control of all testing activities and tasks.
Qualifications
Proven working experience in test delivery with 10+ year of relevant experience in banking and Finance, with 5+ years of Test Management experience.
Good knowledge on strategizing scope for test automation to achieve high ROI
Good knowledge of Agile Testing processes, testing methodology and different types of testing.
Familiarity of testing tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc..
Experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques, and tools
Good vendor management skills and proven experience in stakeholder management.
Experience in resource management and leading the team.
