The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and a passion for ensuring the quality of software products. You will be part of the digital transformation journey of the organization and would be involved in turnkey projects.Mandatory Skill(s)

• Degree or Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent;
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Software testing/(Manual and/or Automated);
• Hands-on experience using manual /automated testing tools for applications;
• Experience in conducting System testing, Integration tests, or User acceptance tests is a plus;
• Ability to understand Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Waterfall or Agile project;
• Have strong analytical, problem-solving, quickly understand complex business and systems;
• Ability to adapt to workload and multitask;
• Good communication skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Knowledge of Cucumber, Selenium , JUnit/TestNG;
• Experience in team management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and understand the functional requirements;
• Identify, analyze, and review design needs and requirements for the estimation of testing scope;
• Develop and maintain software testing deliverables, including test plans and functional test cases, and conduct functional test execution to ensure software meets requirements;
• Properly document test cases and create effective and focused testing plans;
• Conduct functional test execution and defect management;
• Properly adopt, execute, and champion the company\'s software testing;
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning/ retrospectives and stand-up meetings.
