We are looking for a Mental Health Support Counselor to join our team. As a Mental Health Support Counselor, you will play an essential role in providing counseling services, support, and guidance to our clients. You will work closely with clients to evaluate their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that meet their specific needs.

Your work with clients will involve providing emotional support, crisis intervention, counseling, and education on mental health issues. You will also coordinate with other mental health professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive treatment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized assessments of client\'s needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client\'s specific needs.
• Provide counseling, support, and guidance to clients through online sessions.
• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment as needed, and maintain client records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other mental health and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Provide triage and crisis intervention services as needed.
• Stay current with developments related to mental health care, counseling, and therapy.

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Current license or certification to practice as a counselor or therapist.
• Completed any applicable supervision.
• Knowledge of mental health issues and counseling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and technology used in online counseling.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
