Job Opportunity: Third Party Risk - Senior Position

Our client is a large regional MNC with both offices in Hong Kong and Singapore. We are looking for a Senior Third Party Risk professional, ideally from FS or Insurance for either location.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate potential risks associated with third-party suppliers.
• Vendor Selection and Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to support the vendor selection process. Assess vendor contracts and negotiate terms and conditions that align with the organization\'s risk tolerance and regulatory obligations.
• Monitor and track supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper risk management practices during the sourcing and procurement process.
• Conduct regular audits to assess supplier compliance and proactively identify any emerging risks.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supplier risk assessments and mitigation activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements in supplier risk management.
• Ongoing Monitoring: Establish and maintain a robust monitoring program to assess the ongoing performance and compliance of third-party vendors. Develop and implement key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics to track vendor performance and identify potential issues or emerging risk

• Extensive Third Party risk and procurement governance experience
• Strong knowledge of procurement supplier risk management practices.
• Excellent analytical abilities with the ability to identify and assess risks.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
