Our mission for ThriveSg Instagram is to empower lives to be emotionally resilient with a growth mindset in mental health through counselling, education and advocacy. This is our intentional effort to fight the mental health stigma, through normalising help-seeking by advocating a growth perspective towards counselling. We live in a world where the rise of mental health issues is a cause of concern. We hope to make a difference by curating creative digital strategies to empower people with resources for growth and emotional resilience so they can thrive significantly in life. ThriveSg is looking for Creatives, (artist, graphic designer, illustrator, musician, video or content creator) who has a passion to use their talents and abilities to make a difference in the mental health sphere through social media! Other than needing volunteers to help design our posts & social media collaterals, we also welcome contribution & collaboration on creative contents like artworks, creatives, music, reels, videos that can communicate mental health content in an impactful way that touch lives!


For our Creatives Volunteer Program (CVP), we are looking for volunteers who can commit for at least 3 months to a year. Please note that volunteering will be on a pro-bono basis as we are a non-profit organization.
We hope to contribute to the well-being of our volunteers with: 1. A creative platform \xe2\x80\x93 Use your talents to make a difference by helping us design our posts, social media content, creating unique art, music, reels or videos that will communicate mental health content in an impactful way. 2. FREE Coaching by experienced Creatives to support your skills development as a Creative. 3. FREE Counselling or Mentoring to support you holistically to thrive significantly. 4. A Certificate of appreciation for volunteering with ThriveSg to boost your CV. 5. You will be sponsored to attend our 6-sessions ThriveSg Emotional Resilience Transformational Journey Course for FREE. Check out more about the course at ERTJ. We believe your time with us will be a meaningful and impactful one! Criteria:

  • Be willing to commit to at least 3 months to a year. Depending on your area of contribution, if you are designing or illustrating our posts. We are looking at 1 carouselle post and 1 IG story a week. Other areas of contributions (e.g videos, reels, etc) to be discussed.
  • Be creative, flexible, responsive, responsible, self-starter and able to meet deadlines.
  • Have a relevant degree in the area that you would be contributing. (E.g Visual communication, Art, Design, Digital Marketing etc) or be at least in the 2nd year onwards in a relevant degree program.
  • For designers, artists & illustrators to be familiar with Canva, Illustrator, Procreate, or any other graphic design software etc. For video & music creators to be familiar with conceptualising video, creating music with relevant software for editing videos and music.
  • Able to create social media collaterals / creative mental health content for our website and Instagram.



As ThriveSg is an affiliate of Cru Singapore, volunteers need to be in agreement with Cru\'s philosophy.
