Job Description
Our client is one of the largest travel agencies in entire APAC, with branches established across 36 countries and regions globally.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attend to corporate travel enquires and request through phone calls & emails from corporate clients
- Liaise with the airlines & overseas branches for the operational works
- Handles travel operations including quotations, reservations, ticketing, and invoicing for corporate clients
- Excellent communication & written skills in English & Japanese to support the Japanese corporate clients\' travel enquiries
- No experience is required.
- Willing to work on after office hour if necessary
- Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field is advantage.
- Experience in handling corporate clients is advantage
- Experience in GDS, preferably Sabre system is advantage
