This role supports the ongoing evaluation and administration of the company\xe2\x80\x99s regional compensation and benefit programs. The position brings in-depth understanding of external best-practices and innovative trends applies them to the Total Rewards programs and technologies. The primary functions of the position are to operationalize the Total Rewards strategy to support the region and manage all aspects of the employee benefits program. The benefits program includes health and welfare plans, retirement plans, life insurance, time off, wellness programs and any other employee benefit plans offered.
