Your Role

As Total Rewards Manager – Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (APAC & MEA) at Electrolux, you drive and provide support in Total Rewards planning and delivery of annual cycle activities and business requirements for the region. You are an active and collaborative member of our Group HR Total Rewards Team and report to the Total Rewards Director for APAC & MEA.

As Rewards partner to the business, you will ensure the alignment of Total Rewards initiative with culture, strategy and operational imperatives.

A Typical Day

Reward Partnering

  • Act as the Rewards Business Partner for North East Asia, Middle East and Africa clusters
  • Support and provide consultation in all areas of Total Rewards including compensation and benefits review, job architecture-related activities and variable pay plan
  • Analyse, design and develop metrics and analytics for the purpose of ensuring data-driven decision-making and evaluating Total Rewards program effectiveness and plan design

Enhanced Reward Value Proposition
  • Identify areas of improvement and contribute to the development of Total Rewards strategy
  • Monitor market trends, evaluate reward competitiveness against the market and integrate both external and internal best practices to drive sustainable business results
  • Build network with Total Rewards industry professionals and/or community to obtain market trends and apply them internally
  • Lead Benefits design & review for APAC & MEA region
  • Lead and drive White Collar & Blue-Collar rewards analysis based on business needs
  • Designated main point of contact and Subject Matter Expert for the implementation of Global Rewards projects in the Asia Pacific region
  • Support the effective communication of Total Rewards programs to engage employees
Innovation & Process Excellence
  • Partner with HRBPs, Finance, Legal and relevant business units on various Total Rewards processes to identify and lead new initiatives
  • Support the development and simplification of rewards processes from a Continuous Improvement and Digitalisation perspective
  • Interact with local HR Services in the management of reward processes and delivery of effective, customer-focused and qualitative output
