About You
You're not just a compensation expert-you're a business-minded, future-focused rewards professional who understands how to balance strategy and execution. You bring a passion for building employee experiences that are fair, motivating, and aligned with purpose.
What You Bring:

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or related HR domains.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect reward initiatives to broader organizational goals.
• A collaborative mindset with proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead through change.
• Hands-on experience managing salary reviews, benefits programs, incentive plans, and job evaluation frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Singapore's compensation and benefits regulations.
• Excellent project management and communication skills-able to deliver in fast-paced, evolving environments.
