Manage regular travel company daily operations.
Arrange tour transportation, accommodation.
Reservation for hotel and create itinerary and local attraction for tour according to meet customers/ travel agent\'s requirement.
Interacts with local travel agents and oversea travel agents.
Post information, file documents and maintain paper and computer records management/file systems.
Coordinate reservations, contracts, and record keeping for tours and facility reservations.
Provide service to customers by answering questions, providing information, making referrals and assuring appropriate follow-through and/or resolution.
