Principal responsibilities

• Perform day to day Trade and Guarantee operations and take ownership of delivery for all deliverables while minimizing the occurrence of operational risks.
• Operate, influence, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and other colleagues both intra and inter-department.
• Accurately review and process Trade and Guarantee applications and inward/outward payments and ensure delivery within SLA
• Ensure timely response to customer inquiries.
• Proactively learn other tasks to become familiar with the full operations flow.
• Proactively seek out opportunities to assist other team members.
• Ensure adherence to sanction\'s compliance, AML, and any local regulations
• Participate in ongoing identification of process improvement initiatives, system enhancement and implementation related to trade finance operations.
• Back up other colleagues in the team in accordance with back up arrangements as advised by managers.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in banking or finance or in any related majors.
• Ability to work independently and detail oriented.
• Customer oriented and a can-do attitude
• Capable of working effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills and an excellent team player, systematic, analytical, and meticulous.
