The Opportunity

• It is an opportunity for an experienced Trade Associate to join the team
• Office Location: Pasir Panjang

The Job

• Perform day to day Trade and Guarantee operations and take ownership of delivery for all deliverables while minimizing the occurrence of operational risks.
• Operate, influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders and other colleagues both intra and inter-department.
• Accurately review and process Trade and Guarantee applications and inward/outward payments and ensure delivery within SLA
• Back up other colleagues in the team in accordance with back up arrangements as advised by managers.
• Ensure timely response to customer enquiries.
• Proactively learn other tasks in order to become familiar with the full operations flow.
• Proactively seek out opportunities to assist other team members.
• Ensure adherence to Sanctions compliance, AML and any local regulations
• Participate in ongoing identification of process improvement initiatives, system enhancement and implementation related to trade finance operations.
