Role & Responsibility

Maintain applicable government authorizations and registrations.

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) regarding export control and related regulations.

Provide guidance to resolve concerns with business partners, destinations, or end uses.

Provide guidance to resolve complex export control classification (including NTI/NPI programs) or licensing determinations.

Coordinate efforts to secure technology licenses for employees.

Lead cross-functional efforts related to establishing export control policy, positions, and global standards.

Contribute to the content development for export control training.

Apply functional expertise and project leadership on major initiatives involving. exports and compliance with export control or related regulations.

Qualfication

Bechelor\'s degree or above

3-5+ years in Export Control or Trade Compliance function

Excellent communication skills with ability to interact and collaborate with cross functional groups cross region

Experience on SAP an added advantage

Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel functionality, experienced PowerPoint user)

Fluent in English

Fluent in Chinese both written and spoken

Location: Woodlands, Singapore
