Responsibilities:

Responsible for drafting, preparation and issuing of sales & purchase contract terms and conditions.
Manage contract fulfillment
Collaborate on contractual amendments and approval with internal departments
Negotiation of contract terms and conditions
Uploading of the contracts and tally with trade records

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Business Administration/Shipping/legal related academic qualification
Min. 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years\' experience in similar capacity in oil & gas industry
Familiar with Incoterms and contract terms
Meticulous and good interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written (for drafting of contracts and liaising with relevant stakeholders)
