Job Description

:

• Draft and negotiate Sales and Purchase Contract terms.
• Manage trade finance transactions, including ILC, TR, freight loans, ELC, discounting, and remittances.
• Prepare, negotiate, and handle Letters of Credit, including issuance and amendments for import L/Cs and Master L/Cs.
• Create Proforma Invoices and export documents for banks or direct client submission.
• Oversee import payments, export receipts, and remittance transactions, collaborating with bank operations to resolve issues.
• Track and update bank facility limits and utilization.
• Support daily and weekly cash flow monitoring.
• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, bankers, and ship owners/brokers.
• Monitor credit facility usage and transaction records.
• Work with bankers to establish new credit facilities and review existing ones.
• Address inquiries from bankers regarding the company and related entities.
• Organize and maintain transaction records.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, self-driven, mature, and a team-oriented individual.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in trade operations within the energy or commodities sectors.
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
