Handle trade finance related activities such as letters of credit issuing, documents presentation, discounting receivables and other structured trade products. . Responsible for drafting and proposing letters of credit meeting full compliance regulations. . Ensure all securities are in place prior to cargo loading (import/export letter of credit). . Check all loading documents are issued in good order. . Prepare and check the transaction settlement price accordance with the LC or contract. . Prepare sales invoices and payment after settlement price confirmation. . Maintain close relations with the local and international banks, be maintaining good relationship with both internal and external stakeholders. . Forecasting and monitoring of internal limits for counterparties and banks. . Working closely with the trading desks and operations. . Data entry processing for inhouse system. . Filling & archiving of transactions files. . Perform miscellaneous tasks or other ad hoc duties assigned.
