Do you enjoy the complexity of trade finance solutioning from a corporate angle in a high performing, fast-paced global energy trading company?This is an international trading company, where Singapore serves as the APAC HQ and trades in energy. The company is currently looking to hire a trade finance officer to join their high performing finance team.RoleReporting to the Head of Trade Finance, the trade finance officer will be responsible for end-to-end trade finance scope. Working closely with the trading desks and financial institutions, he/ she will be responsible in drafting LCs, processing imports/exports documents for negotiation, collection, financing, and ensuring the company is in compliance with group and banking guidelines.RequirementsThe successful incumbent will possess a degree in a finance discipline (accounting, finance and economics) with 3-5 years of trade finance experience within commodity trading company or financial institutions. You will have experience handling LCs, documentary collections, and issuance of letters of credit. You will be meticulous, organised and is a problem solver.
