Responsibilities:

• Manage operational work relating to Trade finance products (LC Advising & Confirmation, Bill discounting import LC issuance and Trade Loans)
• Preliminary checking of transactions received and coordinating with clients for

additional requirements/Information. * To ensure compliance of Bank's internal guidelines/requirements while handling trade finance documents.

• Sort & file swift messages, scan transaction documents to back office for processing.
• Processing/Data Input for trade transactions.
• Handling customer queries and advise customers on transaction related matters.
• To maintain proper records of all Trade Finance transactions handled and

warehousing of old records. * Any other duties as may be assigned by Operations Head / Head - Trade Finance.

• Liaise with various teams, oversee smooth delivery & execution of transactions and monitor and handle exceptions.

Skills & Experiences:

• Knowledge of Trade Finance Products & SWIFT.
• Meticulous and ability to handle documents.
• 2-3 years in any Bank/Financial Institution in Trade Finance Department.
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
