Summary
Lidl & Kaufland is hiring a Trade Finance (Letter of Credit) Executive to join our Accounting Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Letters of Credit (L/C) handling
• Communicating with stakeholders on L/C related matters
• Supporting duties related to L/C

What you\'ll do

• Work on the issuance of L/C, data entry, L/C document operation
• Follow-up the status of the L/C progress and solve the issues
• Responsible for coordinating with internal partners, merchandising, logistics and/or suppliers
• Generate ad hoc reports independently
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

What you\'ll need

• Diploma Degree or above in Accounting, International Business or Logistics or Supply Chain
• At least 2 years of working experience in Trading, import/export business
• L/C handling experience is a must
• Familiar with trade operation procedures, foreign trade document process and related laws and regulations, with expertise in trade field
• Experience in working in Trade Finance Banking will be an advantage
• Excellent PC skills (e.g., MS Office, Excel)
• Be serious, responsible, rigorous, and be patient and meticulous to the routine jobs
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and timely input
