We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Manager who will work closely with our brand partners and commercial teams to design and implement trade roadmaps, define category objectives, and develop KPIs that take into account customers\' and channels\' unique characteristics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Customers to develop impactful, locally adapted trade marketing campaigns.
- Co-formulate trade marketing strategies and objectives, working closely with brand and sales teams to ensure timely execution of trade marketing activities.
- Develop trade tools and point-of-sale materials with sales partners to drive sales activation and maximize visibility.
- Consolidate, analyze, and report on distribution gaps and channel development opportunities. Monitor competitor activities and recommend appropriate actions.
- Coordinate communication of price, pack, and product changes.
We are looking for candidates with:
- 6-8 years of experience in trade marketing within the FMCG industry, with a deep understanding of market and channel dynamics, competitor activity, consumer and shopper behavior, and category management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to analyze market data from various sources, including Singapore Customs, AC Nielsen, and internal sales data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
