The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world\'s largest financial services organizations
- We are looking for an experienced Trade Operations Analyst to join the team
- Office Location: MBFC
- Provide support to the Sales team - Transactors
- Respond to Originating Office enquiries
- Liaise with Originating Office for their submission of Risk Distribution template
- Ensure that the investor identified has valid KYC
- Ensure that the sell down is within the limits as stipulated in the Credit Policy
- Prepare and send the initial offer to investors
- Monitor the return of the signed initial offer from investors
- Upload the signed initial offers to the WDM for Middle Office processing
- Maintain constant contact with investors through meeting and phone calls
- Plan and make arrangement for meetings
- Prepare reports for submission
- Update of investor information
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Experience in trade support operations is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management and communications skills
- Team player who is able to work independently
