Position Summary Reporting to the Commercial Manager GTR South Asia, the incumbent is responsible for driving retail excellence including B.A trainings / selling guidelines / stocks management within the region with a focus on key markets Singapore / Thailand / Vietnam / Malaysia / Australia. The retail executive will fully support account managers, customer marketing manager\xe2\x80\x99s commercial / marketing plan and ensure the highest standard of executions. The incumbent is required to work closely with customers (stores level) and 3rd party agencies at the same time as part of trade executions to achieve retail excellence at every touchpoints.
Support South Asia commercial team in executing South Asia channel plan
Support account managers and customer marketing managers with NPD / activations launch through providing field executions / trade insights / ROI process.
Establish a solid database of South Asia and partner with Commercial analyst to support the team\xe2\x80\x99s need in presentation and reporting.
Support in drafting product training programs for trade partners, work with both GTR and Domestic brand trainers to develop training programs customized for different customers.
Support commercial / customer marketing team to plan and execute collaborative events with trade customers. Take the lead in trade coordination / execution.
Evaluate effectiveness of trade activations, training programs and note key learnings for future references.
Skills and Experience
Possess Diploma qualification in Marketing / Business Administration
Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English is a requirement.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or trade marketing function within the consumer goods industry.
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Versatile personality with a highly developed interpersonal skillset
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Consistently fosters and maintains a collaborative and positive team dynamic
Evaluate 360 feedback and continuously identify areas of improvement
