THE ROLE:

The Travel Retail, Retail Executive, SEA (TRRE) supports the Travel Retail, Area Manager, SEA (TRAM) in support of the trade operations in South and South-East Asia Emerging Markets covering every aspect of the commercial function for Clarins Group. In close cooperation with the TRAM to oversee both Sell-In and Sellout, the TRRE focuses on the Sell-Out aspects of the function to ensure SEA ins and outs are fully embraced. Addressing systematically all sell-out drivers\' touch points, the TRRE\'s mission is to ensure all aspects are covered and levers optimized hence leaving no room for negligence.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO:

Sell-Out drivers and 360 activities

1. Sell-Out target definition and follow up

  • Analyze SO per SKU/franchises/doors to understand the SO trends
  • Propose corrective actions and work on opportunities
  • Help to find and implement our retail strategy to beat our above competitors in each door 2] Inventory optimization and OTB recommendation
2. Inventory optimization and OTB recommendation
  • Review & analyze performances vs store trends and sales mix, customer profile and competition, to ensure the right inventory level on the counter at any given point in time
  • Proactively suggest corrective actions along the way to ensure healthy management of the retailer\'s stock level and provide guidance both internally to the Marketing team (forecast) and buyers (OTB)
3. BA community animation and engagement
  • Target setting and follow-up/commission management
  • Build and manage a training tracker in order to ensure 100% training coverage on the area
  • Be the e-pro ambassador for our BA
  • Give guidelines on counter grooming and ensure the follow-up
  • Build a strong relationship with our field staff and community spirit
4. 360 Activation & ROI
  • Work with AM on 360 plans implementation to achieve SO objectives with an ROI mindset always (e.g. launches, basic promotions, merchandising, visual merchandising, digital\xe2\x80\xa6)
SEA KPI Dashboard Management: optimization and maintenance

1. Sell-Out Analysis
  • SOSI management and analysis
  • Retailer\'s SOH and Orders report
  • Launch tracker / Capex tracker / BA tracker / Expenses tracker / Promotion calendar
  • Generate performance reports to understand all the ins and outs of our area to make sure they can help us to achieve our objectives.
2. Field visit reports

Build a strong and useful field report template to help track and ensure that every aspect of the business will be covered during the travel.

3. Retail price structures maintenance and competitor\'s analysis

4. Follow the price positions of our brands and our main competitors to be sure that our positioning is respecting our strategies and the country\'s specificities.

YOU HAVE:
  • A minimum of 5 year\'s experience in Retail and/or Category management experience, preferably in Travel Retail
  • Display a high degree of responsibility, integrity, and attentiveness to details with a proactive willingness to act.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders from various expertise backgrounds and cultures.
  • Time management efficiency and capability of prioritizing, ability to balance the demands & requests of various stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, with basic proficiency in the other Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to travel independently (5%~10%)
