Job Description


Hiring for Trade Sales Manager Airline Ticketing, who is responsible for developing and implementing the trade sales (B2B/B2C) strategy to drive sales, revenue growth and achieve the overarching goals of Organization

Keys and Responsibilities

  • Design and develop the Trade sales (B2B/B2C) strategy in line with the overall sales targets provided for the organization, ensuring targets are met for every sales channel
  • Manage the various agency accounts to ensure that the agreed individual agency revenues are met/exceeded
  • Ensure efficient sales service to customers in accordance with their business requirements, including timely information on product, policies, schemes, schedule, and other updates etc.
  • Provide timely and actional MIS to Revenue Management teams to ensure revenues remain on track
  • Achieve all set KRA parameters within the set timelines
  • Coordinate and collaborate with related departments like Sales Support, Commercial, Corporate Sales and finance departments with an aim to ensure better service to the clients
Keys Skills
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in Airline B2B / B2C sales
  • Masters/MBA/PGDM/PGP/PG degree, preferably in Sales/Marketing
  • Relationship Management
  • Sales strategy & planning
