Job Description

In this role you are expected to manage the delivery of the Structured Solutions products covering Supply Chain Finance, Receivables and Inventory Finance and e-commerce solutions in Asia-Pacific whilst contributing to the vision and product strategy to take to market. You will work with the global product and engineering team as you build the products and integrate systems necessary to meet the client needs and drive client adoption.

Job responsibilities

• Define the product strategy, value propositions and roadmap, based on a deep understanding of the customer needs, industry landscape and regulatory environment.
• Perform research, analyze market conditions, c onduct new product development and lead digitalization and modernization of current product offerings in light of evolving market trends, client requirements, geographic expansion and regulatory change .
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to define business requirements and specifications including conceptual and detail design for new initiatives and product extension.
• P&L ownership including delivery of revenue goals, achievement of expense targets, management of cost allocations and introduction of product-specific initiatives to measure/improve product profitability.
• Work closely with the other product managers within the group and in other regions to build cross-product synergies and provide integrated solutions to our clients. Interface with client coverage and sales teams for new business origination and RFP/ client pitch.
• Develop agility, consistency, and a sound risk management and controls environment. Identify opportunities to improve existing business flows, anticipate internal and external factors impacting business and implement plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Provide internal and external product advocacy through active participation at industry forums, conferences, working groups and media communications.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Bachelor\'s degree with 10+ years of experience with hands-on product management or business analysis experience, technology consulting/FinTech, or relevant transferrable skills.
• Experience in Trade Finance/ Supply Chain Finance Product Management or related exposure from a Sales, Operations or Client Service perspective.
• Thought leader who looks for innovation opportunities for our clients and operational improvement opportunities for our firm.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience across business and technology partners, including senior leadership.
• Self-starter; effectively solves problems and shares ideas for improvement with clear prioritization. Exercises sound judgment; acts with integrity; protects our company, clients, and customers.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to present fact-based recommendations in a clear, logical, and concise way: \\"tell a story" with data.
